Delphine Cam has been writing and composing for her concerts and shows since 2005.
Her life journey has led her to explore the essential relationship between voice, breath, body and emotions. This guides her teaching towards an intimate encounter between natural movement and a deep, intuitive voice for a free and embodied singing.
Trained in the Roy Hart Voice Centre approach, her practice of dance, music, meditation and writing also nourish her teaching.
Her taste for rhythm, polyphony and world music influences her musical creativity and enriches her accompaniment with the transmission of traditional songs and cicles of group improvisation.
She trained with Carol Mendelsohn, Edda Heeg, Walli Höfinger, Laurent Stéphan, Saule Ryan, and Susanne Weins.
She speaks french and english.
