About your subscription to our newsletter
You voluntarily provide us with your e-mail address when you subscribe to our newsletter. The e-mail addresses collected in this way are only used to send the newsletter. They will not be transferred to third parties by the Roy Hart Voice Centre. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, or change your e-mail address, by sending a request to our administrative manager Béatrice David (contact@centreroyhart.org).
Concerning the data you provide when registering for a course
When you purchase a place on a course, we ask you to provide a number of personal details. This information is required to ensure the smooth organization and running of the courses. This data is intended exclusively for the administrative management of the Roy Hart Voice Centre, and for the teachers responsible for the course you have chosen. We keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. Your data will be deleted after a maximum of 3 years.
Data relating to minors
We do not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors.
Retention and access to your data
Your data is neither shared nor transferred to third parties outside the Roy Hart Voice Centre. In accordance with the RGPD, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data. To do so, please contact the administrative manager Béatrice David (contact@centreroyhart.org).
